What you agree to
Paying for a rank on this board means agreeing to what is on this page. It is short because the arrangement is short.
Who you are dealing with
StealMyRank is run by one person. It is not a company, there is no team, and there is no support desk. The address at the bottom of this page reaches the person who runs it, and that is the whole of it.
What you are buying
A position on a sorted list, held for as long as nobody pays more than you did. That is the entire product. There is no account, no login, no dashboard, no advertising placement, no editorial coverage, no promised traffic and no fixed duration.
What the price is
The server computes every amount, at the moment you ask for it, from the board as it stands. You are charged the amount the checkout showed you and never a figure adjusted afterwards. Where that amount places you depends on what everybody else has paid by the time it arrives.
All sales are final
Money paid here is not returned. Being outranked, changing your mind, losing interest, taking your site down, or the board going quiet are none of them refund events. The refund policy states the two things a payment provider can still do about a payment and what happens to the listing when it does.
What you promise about a listing
That the domain is yours to list, that the name, tagline and link are yours to publish, and that you are paying with a method you are entitled to use. You must also be old enough to enter into a contract where you live. Everything you submit is stored and rendered as plain text.
A listing can be removed
Anything illegal, malicious, adult, or aimed at a person is removed, and so is anything else judged not to belong here. Removal is a judgement made by the person who runs the board, without notice, and without a refund. A removed listing disappears from every page on the site.
The board can go away
A rank is not property. It cannot be sold or transferred, it carries no rights beyond appearing on this board, and nothing obliges this site to keep running. The board, any listing on it, and the site itself may be changed, paused or shut down at any time.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. There is no promise that it will be available, that emails will arrive, that share cards will render, that a listing will be seen, or that any of it will work at all on a given day.
No liability for outcomes
Nothing is owed for lost traffic, lost revenue, a rank lost to somebody paying more, a payment that landed at a different rank than intended, or the site being unavailable. If a claim is ever made over a listing, what was paid for that listing is the most it can be worth.
These terms can change
The version on this page is the one in force. A change applies from the day it is published and is never applied backwards to a payment already made.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them or out of anything paid for on this board.
