Every rank has a price
StealMyRank is one global leaderboard with no jury. Position is whatever somebody paid for it, and anybody can take yours by paying more.
A listing is a domain
A domain, a name, a tagline and a bid. The domain is the identity: paying again on the same domain raises that listing rather than creating a second one. $5 puts you on the board.
Rank is never stored
The board is ordered by what each listing paid, computed on every read. There is no rank column to drift out of sync with the money, and no editorial judgement anywhere in the sort.
Taking a rank has a published price
It costs $1 more than whoever is holding it, rounded up to a whole dollar. Every row on the board carries that price next to the listing, so nobody has to work it out.
The price can move while you are paying
That is not an error. Somebody else can pay first. Your money sorts you in wherever it puts you, the confirmation page tells you the rank you actually landed on, and it quotes the price of closing the gap.
All sales are final
No refunds and no expiry. A bid stands until somebody pays more than it. Losing a rank is not announced by email yet. A listing that has just lost one says so on its own page, next to the exact price of taking it back.
Every number here is real
Volume, clicks, hold times, how many people are on the site right now: all of it comes out of the same tables the board reads. Nothing is estimated, smoothed, or rounded up to look busier. The count of people here is hidden entirely rather than padded when there are fewer than five.
