Refunds and cancellation
All sales are final
This is said on the board, on the checkout form and in the receipt, so it should be said here in full: money paid for a rank is not returned.
No refunds
A payment buys a position on the board, and the position is delivered the moment the payment lands: the board reorders, the listing is live, the receipt goes out. There is nothing to return afterwards and nothing is returned.
Nothing expires, so nothing cancels
A bid does not run out. There is no subscription here, no renewal, no recurring charge and therefore nothing to cancel. Before you pay you can close the payment page and walk away at any point; an unpaid payment link is nothing and charges nothing. Once a payment is committed it cannot be called back.
What is not a refund
Somebody paying more than you and taking your rank. Landing at a different rank than the one you aimed at, because the price moved while you were paying. Taking your own site down. A listing removed for breaking the rules. Asking for your own listing to be removed. All of those leave the payment where it is.
A chargeback is not a refund
Your bank can reverse a card payment under its own rules. That is between you and them; it is not something this site grants, refuses or can prevent, and nothing written here changes it. What it is not is a refund from us. If a payment is reversed, the money that bought the rank is gone, so the rank is not held: the listing is removed once the reversal is seen, by hand. The takeover records stay, because the history of the board is not rewritten.
A duplicate charge is refunded
If the payment provider charged you twice for one payment, that is an error and the extra charge is refunded in full, through the same provider, back to the same card. The same applies to a charge that never became a listing at all. Nothing is kept for something that was never delivered.
How to ask about one
Write to the address below with the date, the amount, and the email or phone number the payment was made with. The payment provider keeps its own record of every charge, and that record is what gets checked. If it shows two charges for one payment, the second is refunded.
